"Billing part was a hassle"
I had a annoying time with the payment part on harlequin.com. My card got charged, but the order status didn’t update right away, so I was sitting there wondering if the order even went through. i already had a feeling the checkout might be a little clunky, and this kind of confirmed it for me. Support did get back to me eventually, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I thought it would. The books themselves are fine, but the billing process really needs to be clearer.

"Not sure if I’d order again"
I tried ordering a book, but the checkout kept freezing on me. I had to enter my info twice, and by the end I was wondering if I was doing something wrong or if the site was just glitching. Either way, it was way more annoying than it should’ve been, and I’m not sure it was worth the hassle.

"and the site is a bit frustrating to use"
the site was kind of frustrating for me. The pages took a while to load, and I kept getting mixed up trying to find things in the menus.

"I really wanted to like harlequin.com..."
I really wanted to like harlequin.com more, but the selection just felt a bit too narrow for me. A lot of the books seemed to fall into the same kind of story, and I kept feeling like I was spending time browsing but not really finding anything new or different. If you already love their usual style, you’ll probably be happy with it, but I started getting bored quickly and didn’t want to waste more time when there are so many other books out there.

"Getting harder to justify the prices"
I’ve noticed the prices keep creeping up, the discounts don’t make as much of a difference as they used to. If it’s something I really need or can’t find elsewhere, I might still go for it, but for everyday stuff it’s starting to feel too expensive.

"Book was fine, shipping not so much"
I ordered a print book from Harlequin.com and it ended up taking way longer to arrive than I expected. The tracking didn’t really update much either, so I was just kind of left wondering what was going on. The book itself was totally fine once it finally got here, but the delivery process was frustrating because, I mean, when you order something and then...

"I just wanted to cancel my subscription, and..."
I just wanted to cancel my subscription, and it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. The settings weren’t very easy to find, and once I got there, it still wasn’t super clear where I was supposed to go or what button actually handled the cancellation. I don’t mind a couple of steps, but it felt like I had to click around and double-check everything just to make sure I wasn’t missing something. For something as basic as managing or canceling a subscription, I feel like it should be a lot more straightforward

"Felt stuck with no help from customer service"
I reached out to customer service and never got a reply. It felt like I was just being ignored, and I was left stuck with no idea what to do next.

"Not enough variety for me"
I went on harlequin.com thinking I’d find a bigger mix of books, but after a bit of clicking around, it started to feel like a lot of the same kind of romance coming up again and again. I know that’s basically their lane, so I wasn’t expecting a total bookstore free-for-all, but still, I guess I thought there’d be more range even within that. Like, sometimes you’re in the mood for romance and sometimes you want something with a weird twist or a little danger, you know?

I kept hoping I’d stumble into more mystery, fantasy, darker stories, or just something that felt a bit different, but after scrolling for a while I got bored and wandered off. If you already love their usual style, it’s probably perfectly fine, and I can see why people stick with it. For me, though, the variety just felt too limited.

"Wish there was more variety"
I keep seeing the same authors pop up over and over, and it gets boring after a while. I was hoping to discover more writers I actually like, but it feels a bit repetitive — not the worst thing ever, just kind of disappointing.

"Did anyone else feel like the stories moved too fast?"
I really wanted to enjoy these books more than I did, but the stories felt a bit rushed to me. A lot of the plot was predictable, and some of the characters didn’t feel very developed. They weren’t terrible or anything, but I just didn’t feel pulled in enough to get excited about reading more. Did anyone else have the same issue?

"Still can't open my ebook"
Not gonna lie, it's frustrating. I paid for the ebook, but I still can't open it or read anything.
